About the Chiropractor

Hi my name is Stuart. I’ve been a chiropractor now for the best part of half a decade, and in that time I’ve worked in 3 different countries and been lucky enough to adjust thousands of people from all walks of life!

Originally from High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire; I grew up on the Isle of Wight, and qualified at McTimoney college of Chiropractic in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

My relationship with chiropractic started as most people’s tends to- in pain. For me I was a 16 year old footballer who suffered an injury that I just couldn’t shift. After being through the system several times over and still getting nowhere. I tried chiropractic as a ‘last chance saloon’ to which after a short course of care with my local chiropractor, I was back playing again within weeks. That’s all it took for me to focus on making others feel how I felt after that first adjustment. Relief!

My philosophy with how I work is to make everyone feel as informed as possibile. I know that nothing is worse than being in pain and not understanding the terminology that medical professionals throw at you that make you feel more confused and frustrated.

As Einstein said ‘If you can’t explain something to a 5 year old, then you don’t understand it well enough’. Which is why I break down the big terms, into smaller, bite sized chunks, so that when you leave my clinic, you know what is going on, and what we’re going to do as a team to help get you to where you need and want to be- out of pain and back on the road to living your best life again!
